Overview:
Dr. Dipti Bhosale is an Assistant Professor in the MIT School of Design, Pune. Renowned for her thoughtful approach and innovative outlook, she brings a distinctive combination of academic rigor and industry experience to her teaching practice.
She holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts and Applied Arts from MIT ADT University. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree from Bharati Kala Mahavidyalaya, Pune, and a Master's degree from NIMS University, Jaipur.
Motivated by a deep passion for lifelong learning and creative inquiry, Dr. Bhosale entered the academic sphere after three years in the industry. Over the past 11 years, she has been dedicated to mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students, helping them refine their artistic sensibilities and strengthen their design capabilities across graphic design and related disciplines.
Dr. Bhosale is an active contributor to the academic community, having presented research papers at various national and international conferences. She also regularly participates in exhibitions, reinforcing her engagement with both practice and theory in the arts.
In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Dr. Bhosale has made notable contributions in the fashion and cultural domains. She was honored with the title of Mrs. Maharashtra 2018 and was the Second Runner-Up at Mrs. ND’s Film World 2020. Her continued presence in the fashion industry includes serving as a jury member for numerous fashion shows and beauty pageants.
