Overview:

Charu Sharma graduated from Sophia Girls' College in Rajasthan with a Bachelor's in Commerce before earning a master’s degree in Design Management from MIT ADT University in Pune. She has 1.5 years of academic job experience and 6 months of industry experience. Her areas of competence include innovation, entrepreneurship, design thinking, user research, interface design, and service design. She has assisted numerous students with their projects in behavioral research, visual design, and ethnographic research.

She has previously worked for 1.5 years with ImaginXP, a Pune based Ed-tech company. She has worked on and supervised several ongoing interface redesign and research projects. She acted as a coach for students undertaking fieldwork for the online portal My Coach platform of ImaginXP. She spent five months as a design intern with FairShuffle, where she worked as a user experience researcher and developed business and design strategies. She also served as an intern for digital marketing at HealthifyME x Cognizant. She has a certificate from ImaginXP's Faculty Development Program in User Experience Design. She took part in several design workshops, including Usability 10, Designing and Delivering UX for Global Customers, and UX Strategy & Planning.

She possesses outstanding communication and organizational abilities, a mature outlook, and a strong commitment to excellence. She likes to travel, explore new places and cultures, and enjoy spontaneous well-planned experiences to keep a good balance between work and life.
